Your portal account will be created automatically when you place an order for the first time. Alternatively, if you had not directly placed your order from our website you would create your profile in the kit activation process before returning your sample to our lab for processing.
You will receive a notification email containing setup instructions when the account is created.
Please note that every portal account requires a unique email address.
